Nick has always wanted to lead aid to the sick and injured. He began his EMS career while still in high school. Completing his EMT program and National Registry before graduation- only the second person in Hudson, Wisconsin to ever to accomplish this. He started with St. Croix EMS & Rescue in Hudson, Wisconsin in 1985 and then with Lakeview EMS in 1987 as he began his Paramedic training.

After completing his paramedic training he was afforded the opportunity to become Chief of EMS Operations with New Richmond Ambulance service in New Richmond, Wisconsin. In addition to his responsibilities as Chief in New Richmond he also taught for Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, and owned/operated several businesses. Nick moved back to St. Croix EMS & Rescue as Assistant Chief and took a position as Deputy Medical Examiner for St. Croix County.

Nick moved fulltime into business consultation specializing in small business start-ups and businesses in crisis'. Feeling the draw back to EMS he competed his training again and has become adjunct faculty with WITC and is an active member of St. Croix EMS & Rescue. He is the coordinator for the EMS Explorer program and serves as an EMT-B and Rescue Technician on St. Croix.

Adam has devoted his entire adult life to Public Safety and the preservation of human life.  His career has included ten years of service with the Somerset Police Department, WI.  He has held the positions of FTO, Evidence Technician, School Resource Officer, Hostage Negotiator, Deputy Emergency Manager and Armorer.  Adam is the co-founder of the St. Croix Underage Drinking Coalition; the largest coalition in Wisconsin combating youth access to alcohol and one of the largest in the U.S.

His EMS roles include being a Nationally Registered EMT since 1998, Nationally certified Underwater Crime Scene Investigator and Public Safety Diver and is a Rescue Technician in the fields of Swiftwater, Rescue Diving, Confined Space and High Angle Ropes for St. Croix EMS & Rescue of Hudson, WI.  He specializes in Rescue Diving and Recovery missions.

Adam has a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Arts in Leadership, Education and Administration.  He is currently pursuing a degree in Emergency Management.  Adam is an adjunct instructor for Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College and Capella University. In addition to his institutional instruction he been educator of EMS courses since 1998 and has testified in front of State Legislatures to change several statutes that aid in making the Public Safety sector safer for all.

Dr. Satterlee of Minneapolis is a staff physician in the emergency department at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, and the associate medical director of Allina Medical Transportation. He is also the medical director for the paramedic education program at Century College in White Bear Lake and the chief medical officer for the Minnesota – 1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT).

Previously, Dr. Satterlee was an emergency physician and the medical director of EMS education at North Memorial Medical Center, as well as the associate medical director with North Memorial Medical Transportation. Satterlee did his residency in emergency medicine at Regions Hospital in St. Paul. He earned his doctor of medicine degree from University of South Dakota School of Medicine in Vermillion, and his bachelor of science degree from South Dakota State University in Brookings.

In addition Dr. Satterlee serves as a board member of the Minnesota Emergency Medical Services Regulartory Board.
